Staff Positions Available
Alabama Elite Softball organization has openings in the coaching positions of head coach and assistant coach at various age groups.
Duties will include following and implementing a high standard of attitude and effort for players. Upholding the values and mission of the organization. Coaches will be apart of the organization's coaching staff and must be a team player. Staff members may be assigned to a team but willing to assist all players in the organization.
Ideal applicants of this job will have the following skills:
Education and training will be available to help develop high-level coaches as well as players.
Reasonable stipends will be paid based on skill level and overall duties for the organization.

- Ability to teach
- Participated in a collegiate sport as player or coach
- Previous coaching experience in middle/high school, high-level travel, or college
