You can get a great strength training workout for your entire softball team with no equipment needed. Just use the bench in the dugout or the bleachers!
Best to do workout after practice. Do crunches and ab work last right before cool down/stretching.

Start your team off with 2 sets of 10 for each exercise. This should be done for about 2 weeks or 4-6 practices.
Once they get comfortable with the workout and technique of each exercise, you can push them to go for time. Have them do one round of each exercise for 30 seconds and 15-30 seconds of rest time between each exercise.
Very important to stretch calf muscles after this workout and never do a workout without a warm up. A proper warm ups should have you sweating by the end.
