Courtney Hudson is a former Division II fastpitch softball player and coach. She made two trips to the Division II College Softball World Series, in 2009 and 2011, as a pitching coach. She holds a personal training and nutrition certification from ACE, and she has over 13 years of experience coaching over 500 pitchers in-person and through online training.
Following his collegiate and professional baseball career, Brian Smith has spent over nine years coaching at every level of collegiate baseball—D-I, D-II, D-III, NAIA and JUCO. He received his Master's degree in Sports Science with a concentration in Sports Management through the United States Sports Academy. He is certified as a High School Strength and Conditioning Coach through the IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association) and as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association). He also holds an FMS (Functional Movement Screen) certification. Smith previously worked as an associate scout with the Tampa Bay Rays. He has helped over 75 amateur athletes reach the collegiate and/or professional level.

Michelle (Fridey) Switzer is a fastpitch softball coach for high school and travel ball. She played Division 1 softball in college at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York where the team won the MAAC championship and participated in the NCAA tournament twice, playing on the most successful team in the softball program’s history. During her senior year as a Golden Griffin, she was an All-East Coast Athletic Conference Regional Catcher and an ESPN Academic All-American Catcher while setting the RBI record at her school.
