Week 9. Speed Part 1
Welcome to Week 9 and the beginning of our speed training! We have a slight adjustment in the weekly schedule to allow for time for recovery. Be sure to do these drills into a net so you keep the focus on speed and not control. Remember, in order to develop speed, you will notice a slight loss in control. Your control will return or even improve but you must push your limits in order to throw harder. YOU GOTTA THROW HARD TO THROW HARD.
Task list for Week 9:
- No new material. Keep your motions as mechanically sound as possible.
